When we arrive, how do we find the villa?
Before you travel, you will have received an information pack with exact details of how to get to the villa, where to do initial shopping and any additional information that you might need.
What if I get lost or need emergency information?
Our phone number is on the information pack and our management company details are also. Our directions are quite explicit and we have not lost anyone yet! Besides, Windsor Palms is very well known.
How do we gain entry to the villa?
There is a lock-box at the front door which will contain your key.
You will already have been provided with the code to open it.
Do I need to bring towels or bed linen?
The home is equipped with linens for all of the beds. Towels and pool towels are provided also. There is a washer and dryer in case items need to be laundered.
Are household supplies provided?
A starter supply of toilet tissue, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags etc are provided. As the villa is self-catering, you will have to top these up, as required.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
There is a Winn-Dixie in Formosa Gardens Village and a Publix Supermarket about 1 mile further on Hwy 192. (Turn West onto the 192)
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are many restaurants close by, as mentioned above. If you arrive late and are tired, here are some take-out and home-delivery suggestions for you, at www.delivery.com
Is there a pharmacy nearby?
Walgreens - www.walgreens.com is located opposite Formosa Gardens Village on Hwy 192.
Where can I go shopping?
Orlando Premium Outlets on International Drive, Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Prime Outlets Orlando are all about a 20-minute drive. Also, please see our Shopping page.
Is the villa cleaned daily?
The villa is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Additional housekeeping is available at an extra charge.
Do I need to bring a hairdryer?
No, there is a hair-dryer supplied.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes, the villa is fully air-conditioned. There is the added comfort of ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the family room.
Can I smoke in the villa?
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the home. It is permitted on the pool deck.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, no.
Is there a minimum rental period?
At Easter and Christmas, there is a minimum 1-week stay.
When is check-in & check-out?
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am.
These times may be flexible, depending on whether other guests are arriving or departing on the same day. Just let us know.
How close is the villa to Disney?
Just over 3 miles to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach. The drive should take no more than 6 minutes, depending on traffic.
How far to Universal Studios & Sea World?
About 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
Where can I get discount park tickets?
